For entry into Year 7 registrations should be completed by 31 October of the applicant's Year 6.

For entry into the Sixth Form, registrations should be completed by 31 March of the applicant's Year 11.

Our preferred method for you to register is our Online Registration Form below.  Once you have submitted your form online you will be redirected to our secure Online Payment System.

Alternatively, you can download a copy of the Registration Form and return it with your registration fee via cheque made out to 'Sir William Perkins's School'.

N.B. Please only complete the Online Payment System process if registering for Year 7 September entry.
Candidates for entry into any other year groups may still complete the Online Registration Form but must
contact Admissions (01932 574 900) to ensure that there is a place available in that year group to apply for.

  • If you have ticked 'other non-European', completion of this form represents your confirmation and representation that the applicant has the unconditional right to enter, live and study in the UK for the duration of the education offered by the School. Failure to give correct information will constitute a material breach of any agreement(s) entered into between the School and you in relation to the education of the applicant, entitling the School to terminate all and any such agreement(s) without any obligation to return any deposit or fees paid.
